So this little white stick on fire caused thousands of everyday people to temporarily uproot their families and come see it be paraded through the streets by a man. Not sure who the fella in the white toque is. It's likely a revered dignitary with an arsenal of worthy accomplishments under his belt. That or a homeless guy who was given a new outfit.
