My first time playing since State Titles in 2010 so I'm a bit slow but it was a tonne of fun as always! The Australian UWH team recently won the Underwater Hockey World Championships so we definitely have some great players around. Look for a team near you or start one up yourself, it's a great way to improve breath hold and general fitness - but be prepared for some bruises as it can be rough :)
