They say they are 4.5 star but having stayed at some (average!) 4.5 star hotels in Melbourne, this one is definitely a 5 by comparison. |

I did request a high floor and a view of the Story Bridge and it was upsetting to find out that they couldn't accommodate these requests for me even after letting them know. Besides that, the room was lovely and overall it was a very nice stay. |
