My Aspire one has 160GB hard drive and 1GB of RAM.
Used EASEUS Partition Manager V2 to create a new logical drive D:
Used Daemon tools to add the windows7.iso as a drive and installed Windows 7 Build 700 to D drive.
Windows 7 took care of dual booting either XP or Windows 7.

After 5 days of use this happens to my Acer Aspire One. Approximately 200 pixels on the right screen are not working.
As you can see it's not just windows - the post at the start also shows the missing screen area. UPDATE: Managed to fix it by running recovery but randomly it does it again and recovery loses all installed applications.

3 Great computers released in the 80's. Sinclair Zx81, Oric 1 and the Oric Atmos.
Although all 3 hardly made it to Australia I was still fascinated by their look through magazine adverts. They are part of my retro computer collection.
